To launch Budweiser Zero —Budweiser’s zero alcohol beer— we created Team Zero. A global platform that allowed Budweiser’s international markets to tap into local and national influencers and athletes to challenge their fans to join Team Zero and take on Dry January.

Without giving up beer of course.

Team Zero included NBA Legend Dwyane Wade, English football star Jordan Henderson, NHL great Paul Bissonnette, and Canadian UFC champion Georges St-Pierre just to name a few.

Fans could pledge to join Team Zero at JoinTeamZero.com, receiving a month of encouragement along with market-specific prizes.

Creating Team Zero allowed Budweiser to give their international markets the ability to create locally relevant innovations — such as in England where we created the first co-branded English National Team kit with Bud Zero x England.
